Kim is fasting and we are meeting up with her friend who is also fasting during ramadan. I guess I have no room to talk but I am starving.

The Flu and Zombie like Symptoms

So I just spent the last few days with the flu. I haven't experienced this pleasure in some years. It started me thinking how much I felt like a zombie. Although I didn't have the urge to eat human flesh or devour someones brain, I did want the aches and pains to go away. This reminded me of the Movie Return of the Living Dead. In the movie the reanimated corpses can somehow speak (and yes I know it was a bit of a spoof on the Romero movies) and when asked why they ate the brain the torn in half female corpse replied that it took away the pain.

So for any of you out there stuck with the flu this season don't be mistaken for a zombie by trying to order a side of brains at your local restaurant.
